Queen of the WAGs Coleen Rooney is in training to get the perfect 36-24-36 formation for that beach in Brazil.
The mum of two really wants to look as impressive in a bikini on Copacabana as hubby Wayne, 28, does around the pitch.
She has tweeted about her regime, including gym sessions, interval training and pilates.
Coleen, 28, said she’d pack a bikini with “big pants”.
She said: “I always wear a bikini on holiday, they’re the very first thing I think about packing.
“I have drawers full and that i always take far too many away. But like anyone else I must be cautious about what I select.
“There know shapes I’ve found which make me feel confident, so I stay with those. I tend to avoid anything too skimpy on the bottom half and that i look for halter neck styles on the top.
“I’ve designed this collection knowing that so it’s about covering up – I’m not a fan of things chilling out!
“My main problem area is my love handles so I don’t want to wear anything tight throughout my hips.
“Thin, stringy, tie-side briefs aren’t flattering so I always go for big bikini bottoms.
“I just hope it will be warm enough to wear 7 days herbal slim it as it’s going to be winter occasionally Wayne is playing.”
Coleen might be joined in Brazil by fellow Scouser Alex Gerrard, wife of Steven, and goalkeeper Joe Hart’s girlfriend Kimberly Crew, for the way far they progresses.
